Smoking is a bad habit that usually is picked up during a young age, we start smoking for a variety for reasons, but the problem is that we easily get addicted to the nicotine that the tobacco leaves in the cigarettes contain.

The cigarettes can be expensive and they cause high blood pressure, may cause lung cancer and strokes, so many will try to quit their smoking habits after a while, but this is not as easy as one might think.

When we try to quit smoking our bodies goes into withdrawal and we start to crave the nicotine that the body now misses.

But what can we do In order to get rid of these cravings and get the willpower to quit for good?

To stop smoking takes great strength and determination which most of us do not have. This is why you must have a plan and some help. To Stop smoking is easier said than done, quitting cold turkey is definetly the hardest way. We need help to quit, and not just someone telling you that you need to quit.
